TOKYO, Japan - Katsunobu Onogi (R), former president of the failed Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan (LTCB) enters the Tokyo District Court building on Sept. 10 to hear a court ruling on him being charged with falsifying financial statements to conceal massive bad loans.
